Training at cavalcade sporthorses

Training is offered at all levels of dressage at the Farm.  Manager Jennifer Ozolins is an Advanced Therapeutic Riding Instructor through NARHA, and was employed as the Lead Instructor at the Cheff Therapeutic Riding Center from 2005-2006, being involved in the organization on a volunteer basis since 1990.  She gives lessons at the lower levels as she works toward her USDF Bronze Medal.

Jennifer is also planning to bring in a variety of clinicians over the next year to provide a quality range of educational choices.

In addition, USDF Silver Medalist Carolyn Hoekstra runs her farm, Premier Dressage, next door and is available for lessons on a regular basis. She has several students showing at the national level and has herself shows successfully through the FEI Levels, earning several USDF Regional and National awards along the way. With years of experience as a warmblood breeder and competitor, she has a strong background in training young horses up through the levels as well as selecting young talented prospects. She currently teaches students up through Third Level. For detailed information, please visit her website www.premierdressage.net.

Colleen Hoekstra Knox also makes frequent trips back from England to clinic and instruct.  Her next trip back to the States will be in mid-December after the birth of her first child, with plans to schedule clinics every 2-3 months in 2009. For detailed information, please check the Clinics Schedule page or click the links above.

Clients are also welcome to bring their own trainers, provided the trainer has personal liability insurance. Speak with Jen about your specific training needs.
